Advertising/Promotional Opportunities


Breakfast Business Spotlight:

Option A - $300:

  • Company Contact Information Printed in the Breakfast Invitation (invitation is mailed to 1400 key contacts on Chamber's mailing list)
  • Company Name Projected on Large Screen at Breakfast
  • Company Advertisement/Brochure included at each place setting at breakfast (member provides 200-250 copies of promotional piece to Chamber 3 days prior to event)
  • 3-minute oral presentation about your business from the podium at breakfast (breakfast audiences ranges from 180-275 people)

Option B - $750:
  • Company Contact Information Printed in Chamber's Breakfast Invitation (invitation is mailed to 1400 key contacts on Chamber's mailing list)
  • Company Name Projected on Large Screen at Breakfast
  • Company Advertisement/Brochure included at each place setting at breakfast (member provides 200-250 copies of promotional piece to Chamber 3 days prior to event)
  • 3-minute presentation about your business including a video (breakfast audiences ranges from 180-275 people)**

Note: Video must meet Chamber's established content guidelines. An electronic version of the proposed video must be e-mailed to the chamber a minimum of 10 days prior to the breakfast. Chamber is not responsible for any cost of video production.


Breakfast Coffee Sponsor: $150.00 (breakfast fee not included)

Sponsor the coffee provided during networking/registration time at Chamber breakfast. Your company name will appear in the breakfast invitation that is mailed to 1200 businesses and organizations, signage will be displayed prominently on the coffee table, and you will be verbally recognized at the breakfast meeting. Donating a door prize in the name of your business is encouraged to receive additional exposure.


Breakfast Business Showcase: $75.00 (breakfast fee not included)

The Business Showcase is an opportunity for members to exhibit their business at a Chamber membership breakfast. This opportunity is limited to 2-4 non-competing member businesses at a breakfast. A 6-foot draped table and sign with your business name will be provided. Displays can consist of informational data about your business and premiums to give away. Tables are to be set-up by 7:00 a.m. and staffed until the breakfast begins and immediately following the program. Your company name will appear in the breakfast invitation that is mailed to 1200 businesses and organizations, and you will be verbally acknowledged at the breakfast and asked to stand to be recognized. Donating a door prize in the name of your business is encouraged to receive additional exposure.


Breakfast Presenting Sponsor: $3,000 (breakfast fee is included)

You will gain maximum visibility with your business with 225-250 attendees at a Chamber breakfast. This sponsorship includes your company name and logo predominantly displayed on our breakfast invitation, as well as a full page ad insert (8 1/2 x 11 size) into our newsletter or breakfast invitation. Your company name/logo will be displayed on a large screen during the event, and there will be a display table of your company’s information. You will also have a chance for a 60 second welcome from the podium, and your logo and link will be displayed on the Chamber Website.


Business After Hours:
Opportunity to sponsor or cosponsor an after hours networking program at your place of business, a restaurant or other location. Approximate cost is $3,000. Door Prizes:
Sponsor a door prize for Business After Hours, the Annual Golf Tournament, and/or special breakfast meeting.


Newsletter Ad:
Advertise your business in the Chamber's newsletter, Corridor Nine Connections.

Options available:

  • Full Page Ad (8.5"x 11" size) - Cost: $300 (member provides Chamber with 1200 pieces to insert into the newsletter - limited to three inserts per issue/non-competing businesses)
  • Banner Ad (1-3/4" x 1-1/4" size) - Cost: $100 (ad is printed inside the newsletter - limited to 8 ads per issue)


Golf Tournament:
Be a major sponsor, tee sponsor, golf, or donate a raffle prize. Items for the golfer's gift bags are also needed. The golf tournament is held annually in June.


Applefest Road Race:
Be a major sponsor, sponsor the t-shirts, donate supplies or  be a runner in the annual 5K Applefest Road Race held in September during Northborough Applefest weekend.



Annual Meeting Sponsorships:
Be a sponsor at our annual meeting (dinner) held in May.

Options available:

  • $500 Major Sponsor (includes: company name and logo on invitation mailed to Chamber membership, signage on each table at meeting. poster signage at registration desk, and acknowledgement in Chamber newsletter)
  • $250 Hosting Sponsor (includes: company name on invitation mailed to Chamber membership, signage on hors d'oeuvres table at event, poster signage at registration desk, and acknowledgement in Chamber newsletter)
  • $125 Contributing Sponsor (includes: company name on invitation mailed to Chamber membership, poster signage at registration desk, and acknowledgement in Chamber newsletter)
