Corridor Nine comes by its name because Route 9 is one of three major east-west highways in Massachusetts. It's easily accessible from the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90, exit 11A) and from routes I - 495, I - 95, I - 290, and 20. It's also in close proximity to airports, trains, and major seaports.
